Boyd Allen, who also goes by the name “Eagle” to his buddies (because of the intricate eagle tattoo on his arm), has been a car enthusiast all his life. If he could, he would have driven before he crawled. He had his first car at the age of 16, a Ford F-150. He is an accomplished mechanical engineer in a national company in Wyoming, and after his kids graduated, he turned to focus on his first love: car restoration.
He invested hundreds of dollars in maintaining Eagle’s Garage, in search of the best tools of the trade, and made some costly mistakes along the way. His buds often ask him for help with DIY car projects, the best tool for a certain task, and the best brand for a certain tool, and this blog is all about that.
